DROPLA SEER is a fully autonomous, modular system for large-scale detection, confirmation, and neutralization of explosive threats. The solution integrates aerial and ground robotics, sensor fusion, AI-powered analytics, and tactical infrastructure, deployed across two specialized Mercedes-Benz Unimog vehicles, each engineered for a distinct operational function.

Detection & Analysis Vehicle

(Recon Unit)

This vehicle acts as a mobile aerial reconnaissance and command center, optimized for real-time threat detection, environmental scanning, and mission planning.

Threat Confirmation & Response Vehicle

(UGV Unit)

This platform is focused on validating and neutralizing detected threats via ground robotics. It includes onboard tools and systems to support continuous operation and field recovery.

4x Autonomous UGVs:

2x Grass-cutting robots for clearing vegetation and exposing buried threats
2x Demining UGVs equipped with flail tools for UXO/landmine neutralization/safe zone confirmation

Secondary command console for UGV teleoperation and real-time monitoring
Automated ramp deployment system for UGV unloading and reloading
Onboard repair and diagnostics unit to perform fast field maintenance

Power and utility systems (shared with detection unit):

Solar and diesel power generation
Battery backup for off-grid operations

Ecosystem Integration

The DROPLA SEER system is fully compatible with other modules within the Dropla ecosystem.

Integration with Dropla Vision enables enhanced visual recognition, object tracking, and real-time autonomous flight control.

Additionally, the system supports deployment on the DROPLA UGV — a versatile ground robotic platform designed to carry modules for vegetation removal (e.g. mowing, clearing) and on-site mechanical neutralization of small explosive ordnance, allowing operations to be carried out without exposing personnel to risk.
